Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of being placed by contacting our support team at info@tailunity.com. Please include your order number in your request so we can assist you as quickly as possible.
After the initial 24-hour window, we cannot guarantee cancellations because your order may already be processing or preparing for shipment. Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled. However, you may still return the item after delivery according to the terms outlined in this policy.
30-Day Return Policy
Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving their order.
To qualify for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- Unused and unworn
- In original condition
- Returned with original packaging, tags, and included accessories

Restocking Fees
Tail Unity does not charge any restocking fees for returned items.

Return Shipping Costs
Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
There is no return shipping cost to the customer if the item:
- Arrived damaged
- Is defective
- Was incorrect or different from the order placed
In these situations, Tail Unity will cover the return shipping costs.
Customer-Initiated Returns
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs if:
- The wrong item was ordered
- The item does not fit
- The item is no longer wanted
- The customer changed their mind after purchase
Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
How to Start a Return
Step 1 — Contact Support
Email info@tailunity.com with your order number and the reason for your return request.
Step 2 — Prepare Your Package
Securely repack the item in its original packaging and include all accessories, tags, manuals, and related materials.
Step 3 — Ship the Return
Follow the return instructions provided by our support team in your return authorization email. We recommend using the suggested shipping method for safe and efficient delivery.
Refund Process
All returned items are inspected once received to confirm they meet our return requirements.
If your return is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be processed, depending on your financial institution or payment provider.
Exchanges
We gladly accept exchanges for eligible items. If you would like a different size, color, or replacement product, contact our support team at info@tailunity.com, and we will assist you with the exchange process.
Orders Marked as Delivered but Not Received
If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us at info@tailunity.com with your order number. We will work directly with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue.
If the shipment is confirmed lost, we will either:
- Issue a full refund to your original payment method, or
- Send a replacement item at no additional cost
Non-Returnable Items
Certain products may not be eligible for return due to hygiene, safety, or customization reasons. Any non-returnable items will be clearly identified on the product page before purchase.
